Kareena Kapoor Khan has been working out to get back in shape after the birth of her son Taimur. And that has paid off as the actress has lost 16 kilos in three months. Kareena, who started working out 12 weeks after delivering Taimur does pilates and yoga regularly. She is frequently spotted outside a gym at Bandra with her friend Amrita Arora Ladak.
